The Body and Back Roller employs an innovative design using 3 sets of rubber balls and a curved handle. The middle (green) set of balls is slightly larger than the outer 2 (blue) sets of balls, however, the handles are slightly arched. What this does on one side is allows all 3 sets of different size balls to be level on the surface. Using the Body and Back Roller on the level side allows for an equal distribution of pressure over the entire set of rubber balls, providing a gentler level of therapy. Turn it over and the larger middle set of balls becomes the focal point of an arch, with the larger (green) set of balls becoming the main contact points, focusing the pressure and providing a more intense therapy. The Back and Body Roller is primarily designed for use with a partner, physical therapist, athletic trainer or chiropractor. The Back and Body Roller may also be used individually. To use with a partner, simply hold the handles and roll back and forth letting the soft rubber therapy balls do the work. To use individually, position the Back and Body Roller on a clean, hard floor or flat, firm surface with the appropriate Back and Body Roller side (Handle Position) facing up.
